Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving full payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We may run free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated via our website and social media platforms.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across most cities in India takes approximately 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries to remote or out-of-serviceable areas may take 7-12 business days, depending on courier availability and local conditions.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, holidays, or logistical issues.

Delivery Coverage

  • INAYAS currently delivers to most pin codes across India.
  • In case your delivery address is outside our serviceable area, we will notify you at the earliest and issue a full refund if the payment has already been made.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email and/or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment’s status using the provided link through the respective courier partner’s tracking system.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us.
  • Reshipment of such orders can be arranged at an additional shipping cost borne by the customer.

Important Note for Damaged Deliveries

  • In case you receive a damaged product, you must:
  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@inayas.in.
  2. Provide a clear, unedited parcel opening video starting from the sealed package to the visible damage.
