At INAYAS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality fashion and lifestyle products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

General Return Policy

  • Once sold, products will not be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, unless the product delivered to you is damaged upon receipt.
  • Return or refund requests for reasons like dislike of product, size issues, color preferences, or change of mind will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility for Damaged Products

You can request a return or refund only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@inayas.in.
  • A clear, unedited, and continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any damage claim.
  • The video must start from showing the sealed package, followed by the unboxing, and clearly highlight the damage on the product.
  • Videos that are edited, cut, or recorded after unboxing will not be accepted for processing a return or refund.

Note: Return requests without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and personal safety reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care items
  • Beauty products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or clearance sales

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases where a damaged product claim is approved after proper verification as per the guidelines above.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the claim is approved.
  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • INAYAS reserves the right to refuse refunds if the claim is found invalid or incomplete.

Important Note

  • Parcel opening video is compulsory for any return or refund claim.
  • No complaints or claims will be entertained without it or beyond the 24-hour claim window after delivery.
